This policy is designed to comply with Paymob’s refund and dispute requirements as well as applicable consumer protection laws in Egypt. By placing an order on our website, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in resaleable condition.
Items must be returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
Items must not show signs of wear, washing, damage, alteration, or misuse.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Underwear and intimate garments
Items purchased during clearance or final sale (if explicitly marked as such)
Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear
3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged upon arrival, or sent in error by Common:C.
Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are safely packaged.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
5. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout, in accordance with Paymob’s refund policy.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Please note:
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Cash on Delivery orders, where applicable, will be refunded via the method agreed upon with the customer.
6. EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us following the return request procedure above.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
7. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In such cases, Common:C will cover the return shipping costs.
8. PAYMENT PROVIDER COMPLIANCE (PAYMOB)
All refunds are processed in compliance with Paymob’s refund and dispute regulations. This policy is designed to ensure transparency, security, and fairness for both customers and the brand.
Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting Common:C may result in delays or rejection of refund requests.
