Welcome to Common:C — more than just a store, we’re a community. Every piece we offer is crafted from 100% Egyptian cotton, designed for those who value authenticity, comfort, and a Mediterranean spirit. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship nationwide across Egypt through trusted private courier partners.

Delivery is available to all major cities and most urban and suburban areas.
Some remote locations may experience slightly longer delivery times or require special coordination.

International shipping is not available yet. We’re working on expanding soon.

2. Order Processing

Processing time: 1–2 business days
Cut-off time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EET) are processed the same day

Orders placed on weekends (Fri–Sat) or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Processing begins once:

    • Payment is confirmed

    • Order details are verified

3. Delivery Timeframes

Business days exclude Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays.

4. Shipping Fees

We keep shipping simple and affordable with a flat rate:

  • Express (Cairo & Alexandria) — EGP 60

The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before payment.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive:

  • Tracking number (WhatsApp or email)

  • Courier contact details

  • Estimated delivery date

You can track your package directly through the courier’s website.


6. Delivery Process

Delivery Attempts

The courier will attempt delivery up to two times on consecutive business days.

If delivery fails:

  • Your package is held at the nearest courier branch for 3 days

  • You’ll be contacted to reschedule or arrange pickup

Receiving Your Order

Please:

  • Inspect the package before signing

  • Refuse delivery if packaging is heavily damaged

  • Ensure someone is available to receive the order

You may authorize someone else to receive it on your behalf.

7. Possible Delays

Occasionally, delays may happen due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • National holidays

  • Courier disruptions

  • Incorrect address details

If there’s any significant delay, we’ll notify you immediately.

8. Cancellations & Address Changes

Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement, as long as processing hasn’t started.

Address Changes

Must be requested within 2 hours via:

Incorrect Address

If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a reshipping fee of EGP 80 may apply.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Orders

If tracking hasn’t updated for 5+ business days, contact us.

We will:

  • Open an investigation with the courier

  • Reship or refund if unresolved after 10 business days

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Refuse delivery if possible

  2. Take photos

  3. Contact us within 24 hours at [email protected]

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
