Welcome to Common:C — more than just a store, we’re a community. Every piece we offer is crafted from 100% Egyptian cotton, designed for those who value authenticity, comfort, and a Mediterranean spirit. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
All Common:C garments are made from 100% Egyptian cotton — soft, breathable, and built to last.
Due to the natural characteristics of the fabric and our artisanal production processes, slight variations in color, texture, or fit may occur. These variations are part of the product’s identity and do not constitute defects.
We strive to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that colors displayed on your device will exactly match the final product.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product at any time without prior notice.
2. PRICES & PAYMENTS
- Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment confirmation.
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, cash on delivery (where available), and secure online transfers.
- We do not store or have access to your full payment details. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted third‑party providers.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, the price charged will always be the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.
3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- We currently ship across Egypt using trusted private courier services.
- Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days from order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via WhatsApp or email.
Common:C is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or force majeure events.
4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to feel part of the Common:C community from your very first order. If something isn’t quite right, you may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Conditions for returns:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with original tags and packaging.
- Underwear and intimate items are non‑returnable for hygiene reasons.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or an error occurred on our side.
How to request a return:
- Contact us at [email protected] or via WhatsApp, including your order number.
- We will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
- Once the item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.
Please note that original shipping fees (if any) are non‑refundable.

At Common:C, your privacy matters to us. We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
